What is your cancellation/refund policy?

We are unable to cancel orders once they have been sent. Please contact customer service by email at Hello[at]ShopCatherineMasi[dot]com to see if your order is eligible for cancellation.

To gain authorization for a return, please email us at Hello[at]ShopCatherineMasi[dot]com. All returns require authorization by customer care. Unfortunately, unauthorized returns will be refused. All order discrepancy claims must be made within 3 days of delivery of goods.

Shop Catherine Masi is not responsible for gift products and items delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the sender, so check to be sure that information was input correctly during checkout. We also encourage you to handle your Catherine Masi pieces with care, as damaged products caused by improper handling by the recipient is also not our responsibility.

Items that have been personalized are not eligible for return or credits.

Yes, our site is secure. On any page where we ask you to enter your address, phone number or credit card information, we use secure socket layer (ssl) to encrypt the communication.

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes we do! Shipping rates are calculated upon checkout.
