I’ve been catching peeks of Ulla Johnson’s beautiful Bleecker Street shop all over my interwebs travels lately. And can you see why it’s everywhere? The prettiest details without the overkill (that pendant light!)…I’d love this as a living space. More on its decor details, from Vogue…
The landmarked space, which formerly housed an outpost of the consignment shop INA, has been renovated top to bottom with architecture and interiors by Elizabeth Roberts and Alexis Brown. Now there’s a front and back parlor, with windows on three sides, a Manhattan retail rarity. Lindsey Adelman designed the glass pendant light fixture that hangs in the front parlor, Rogan Gregory created a custom bronze door handle and the sign that will eventually be posted outside, and Tanya Aguiniga made the weaving that graces the hand-plastered wall in the back.
